Engaging in Change

In today’s world, we are constantly faced with change. Never before have we seen so many restructures and right sizing of businesses. What ever the reasons for change, one thing is always common – they involve people. It is people who run companies and it is the people issues we need to ‘get right’ when embarking on any program of change. Rarely do change programs fail because the task aspects are not thought through or planned for. Change processes usually fail because little planning is done for the individual and relational issues around people involved in the change.

In the program ‘Engaging in Change’, we look at the individual and relationship issues surrounding the people involved in a change process, and provide them with tools and skills to empower them to embark on the change and deliver successful outcomes for both the business and their personal lives.
