What ever the reasons for change, one thing is always common – they involve people. It is people who run companies and it is the people issues we need to ‘get right’ when embarking on any program of change. Rarely do change programs fail because the task aspects are not thought through or planned for. Change processes usually fail because little planning is done for the individual and relational issues around people involved in the change.
