RightPath Profiling
The RightPath Behavioral Assessments, powered by RightPath Resources, are human capital management tools that objectively predict a person's natural human behavioral preferences and tendencies.
The reports provide comprehensive information outlining a person’s common behaviors, preferences, strengths and struggles, especially in relation to a workplace environment, and can easily be applied in a wide range of areas. The reports not only provide individuals with insight into their own behavior and motivations, but also assist them to see themselves and others more objectively. This objectivity can then be utilized to help individuals become more self-aware, enable them to capitalize on their strengths, and define and achieve personal and business goals.
The report is made up of two profiles, Path4 and Path6, which work hand-in-hand to provide a comprehensive, holistic and objective view of a person’s inherent traits. The Path6 report in particular, introduces a new layer in depth of information that truly provides the "why" of a person's behavioral style.
The profiles have been extensively tested and validated at the University of Georgia. In particular, they have been found to be highly accurate, reliable and stable over time, which adds to their power.
While the reports have a workplace focus, the information therein can be applied to other environments and relationships. The report is an invaluable tool for understanding ourselves and our relationships with those around us.
