In many organizations, strategic plans create a flurry of activity when being produced, receive fanfare when released and then promptly collect dust on executive shelves. While many may be brilliant pieces of work on their own, unless they are integrated into the daily lives of people running the operations, they will quickly fall away and become redundant.

We differentiate ourselves through linking the behavioural elements into communication plans to enable them to live in the coffee rooms of an organization. We specialize in working with staff within each organizations to develop their Strategic Plans, rather than independently creating a Strategic Plan for an organization. The process is typically run through a series of workshops.
